Refund policy

We have a 14-day exchange or store credit only policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. 

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Guidelines for Online Returns for a Store Credit: 
To start a return, you can contact us at southernstorkbabyboutique@gmail.com. Returns are accepted for items that are mailed back to us within 14 days of the delivery date, according to tracking. We do not not provide shipping labels for return. We recommend choosing a return method that includes tracking. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 5809 Preston Road, Suite E-579 Plano, TX 75093

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be immediately issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card through your email for the refunded amount. If you simply wish to exchange the item for a different size, specify in the original return email sent to us and we will mail you the new item if in stock!
